The RTB has updated their RPZ Calculator in line with new legislation.
This means rents can no longer increase by 4% per year. They are now linked general inflation (as measured by HICP Index in Ireland). As a reminder, all new tenancies and Rent Reviews in an RPZ (e.g. Dublin) must use the calculator when establishing the new maximum rent permissible.

Deposits
Landlords can no longer ask for more than 1 months rent as a deposit.
