Kathrina started her career in property as a Letting Negotiator in 1988. Moving on to be a Director of Home Locators in 1990, she gained many contacts with many of the corporate and relocation companies in the growing economy. Kathrina has extensive knowledge of the estate Agency business and specializes in the corporate & Embassy rentals in South Dublin. She developed the property management side of the business in 2006 and cleverly assisted the company through challenging times of the ‘naughties’. Kathrina processes all new business and specializes in managing large property portfolios to include Trust Funds, Resident and Non Resident Clients of Ireland.
Kathrina has been a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers since 2006 and successfully completed the Property Valuation Best Practice in 2012. Her expertise in valuation, sales and property management and detailed knowledge in Residential Lettings is also extremely valuable to both our landlords and sellers who require advice on how best to add value to their property. She became Managing Director of Home Locators in 2013.

Loraine started her career with setting up Home Locators in 1982. The first agent to specialize in the ‘lettings only’ market in Dublin. Spending many years growing the company in Dublin through challenging recessionary times in the 1980’s has brought the company forward to earn the well respected name it has today. In 2003, Loraine developed the ‘Residential Sales’ side of the business. and successfully sold many Dublin properties. Loraine has been a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers since 1999.

Aileen started her career in property in 1994 when she joined Home Locators as a Letting Negotiator. During this time, Aileen has successfully managed thousands of successful property transactions from studio apartments to large properties along the Embassy belt. In 2006, Aileen played a major role in the successful launch of the Property Management Division. In addition to rental valuations, renewals and negotiation for lettings, Aileen oversees the administration in the growing Home Locators portfolio of managed properties and deals with all service contractors.
Aileen has vast experience in residential lettings and property management. She is well known and respected by her many clients for her excellent customer service and expertise in residential lettings, including her detailed understanding of key legislation such as the Residential Tenancy Act 2004.

Miguel joined Home Locators in June 2022 as our Sales Support and Administrator. Miguel has extensive experience in administrative and customer support area with 6 years working with a Multinational Company in Mexico.
Miguel relocated to Ireland in 2017. He currently holds two diplomas, Business & Project Management. He is currently completing a masters in Accounting and Finance Management in Ireland. He has two languages, Spanish (native) & English (fluent).

Rosemarie is the company Receptionist and Office Sales Support.
Rosemarie joined Home Locators in 1999 as company receptionist. Well known for her always friendly and efficient service to customers and visitors, Rosemarie also takes care of office maintenance and supplies. Coinciding with the company’s expansion into management and sales, Rosemarie took on a range of additional responsibilities. These include essential sales support to the Directors and Lettings/Sales Negotiators on a variety of important administrative tasks including diary coordination, website listings, brochure displays, database management, and market research.
Over the years, Rosemarie has established close relations with many long standing clients. Having previously lived in the Netherlands, Rosemarie is fluent in Dutch.
