Kathrina started her career in property as a Letting Negotiator in 1988. Moving on to be a Director of Home Locators in 1990, she gained many contacts with many of the corporate and relocation companies in the growing economy. Kathrina has extensive knowledge of the estate Agency busy and specializes in the corporate & Embassy rentals in South Dublin. She developed the property management side of the business in 2006 and cleverly assisted the company through challenging times of the ‘naughties’. Kathrina processes all new business and specializes in managing large property portfolios to include Trust Funds, Resident and Non Resident Clients of Ireland.

Kathrina has been a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers since 2006 and successfully completed the Property Valuation Best Practice in 2012. Her expertise in valuation, sales and property management and detailed knowledge in Residential Lettings is also extremely valuable to both our landlords and sellers who require advice on how best to add value to their property. She became Managing Director of Home Locators in 2013.
